3. Server Content and Management

Server Content: You are responsible for the content hosted on your Minecraft server. This includes ensuring that all content complies with this AUP and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Backups: While Ruby Host may offer backup services, it is your responsibility to maintain backups of your server content. Ruby Host is not responsible for any data loss.

4. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all customers, Ruby Host implements a Fair Usage Policy. Activities that consume excessive resources or create undue strain on our infrastructure may result in service limitations or additional fees. If your usage exceeds the limits of your plan, we may contact you to discuss an upgrade or alternative solutions.
