Welcome to Ruby Host! By using our Minecraft server hosting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account and using Ruby Host services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree to use Ruby Host services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that is harmful to our servers, networks, or other users. You are solely responsible for the content and data on your hosted Minecraft server.
Engaging in or promoting any illegal activity. Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful software. Using excessive server resources in a way that disrupts or degrades the performance of other users' servers. Sharing your server with others in a way that violates our fair usage policies.
Ruby Host strives to provide continuous and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or updates may result in temporary downtime, for which we will endeavor to provide notice in advance.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen hosting plan. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our refund policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if your payment is overdue.
Refunds are only issued for the first payment made by a new customer if they cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will not be issued for any subsequent payments, nor for accounts suspended or terminated for violating these terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account management page. Ruby Host reserves the right to terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
Ruby Host is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Ruby Host reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes to the terms implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
